Educational Qualification:
1. Assistant Commissioner (Crops) – (A) Educational: Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Extension or Agronomy or Entomology or Nematology or Genetics and Plant Breeding or Agriculture Botany or Plant Biotechnology or Plant Pathology or Plant Physiology or Seed Science and Technology or Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry OR Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. (B) Experience: For Master’s Degree Holders :- Three years experience in the area of production and productivity in food or cash crops, e.g., rice or wheat or pulse or millet or sugarcane or cotton or jute or oilseeds in a Central Government or State Government office or Public Sector Undertaking or autonomous body or any recognized institution. For Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering Holders :- Four years experience in the area of production and productivity in food or cash crops, e.g., rice or wheat or pulse or millet or sugarcane or cotton or jute or oilseeds in a Central Government or State Government office or Public Sector Undertaking or autonomous body or any recognized institution. Desirable Qualification (s): Doctorate in the disciplines mentioned under essential criteria as mentioned above under Educational Qualification. |
2. Assistant Engineer Quality Assurance (Armament-Ammunition) – (A) Educational: Masters Degree in Science in one of the subject viz. Physics, Chemistry (Inorganic), Chemistry(Organic) from a recognized University OR Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical or Production from a recognized University or Institute. (B) Experience: Two years practical experience in Production or Development or Quality Assurance in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering from a recognized organization or undertaking. Note- (i) The qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. (ii) The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe, if at any stage of selection, the Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
3. Assistant Engineer Quality Assurance (Electronics) – (A) Educational: Masters Degree in Science in one of subjects viz. Physics, Electronics, Physics with Electronics from a recognized University OR Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology in one of the discipline viz. Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Instrumentation from a recognized University or Institute. (B) Experience: Two years practical experience in Production or Development or Quality Assurance in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics & Instrumentation. Note- (i) The qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. (ii) The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe, if at any stage of selection, the Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
4. Assistant Engineer Quality Assurance (Gentex) – (A) Educational: Masters Degree in Science in one of the subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry(Inorganic), Chemistry(Organic) from a recognized University OR Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology in one of the discipline viz. Mechanical, Metallurgy, Textile and Clothing, Textile Technology, Plastic Technology, Polymer Technology, Ceramics Technology from a recognized University or Institute. (B) Experience: Two years practical experience in Production or Development or Quality Assurance in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Textile & Clothing or Garment Designing or Textile Processing or Metallurgy or Plastic or Polymer or Ceramics or Production Engineering from a recognized organization or undertaking. Note- (i) The qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. (ii) The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe, if at any stage of selection, the Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
5. Junior Time Scale (JTS) Grade of Central Labour Service(Group ‘A’ Organized Service) consisting of the posts of Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Welfare Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Labour Welfare Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Director – Educational: (i) Degree of a recognized University, (ii) Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or Labour Law from a recognized University or Institution. Desirable Qualification (s): Degree in Law from a recognized university. |
6. Administrative Officer – (A) Educational: Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University. (B) Experience: Two years’ experience in Administration, Accounts and Establishment, Legal or Vigilance matters in Central or State or Union Territory Government or Government Autonomous or Statutory Organisation or Central or State Public Sector Corporation or University. accounts and establishment. Assistant Professor (Ayurveda, Rachna Sharir) – Educational: (i) Degree in Ayurveda Medicine from a University established by law or statutory board/faculty/examining body of Indian Medicine or equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970. (ii) A post Graduate Degree in the subject/specialty concerned included in the schedule of Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970. Note: In case of non availability of post-graduate degree holder teachers in required specialty of Ayurveda, the Doctor of Medicine in the allied disciplines will be considered. The allied subject is as follows: Shalya. Desirable: Reading, Writing and speaking knowledge of Sanskrit. |

Assistant Professor - Educational: (i) Degree in Ayurveda Medicine from a University established by law or statutoy board/faculty/examining body of Indian Medicine or equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970. Application Fee/Exam Fee for UPSC AE Quality Assurance:
(a) Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
(b) No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
(c) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained.
(d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
