Educational Qualification 

i) Senior Manager, Deputy Manager (Human Resources & Administration):

Applicants should have passed a Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ Social Work (Specialization in Personnel/HR Management)/ Business Administration from a recognized board or university.

ii) Senior Manager, Deputy Manager (Corporate Communications):

Applicants should have passed a Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from a recognized board or university.

iii) Assistant Manager (Research and Development):

Applicants should have passed M.Sc in Chemistry from a recognized board or university.

iv) Assistant Manager (Industrial Engineering):

Applicants should have passed a Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized board or university.

v) Technician (Process):

Applicants should have passed a Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology, and a B.Sc in Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry from a recognized board or university.
